Tipper Driver Burnt To Death For Impregnating Widow, Mother In Enugu

”A fly that does not seek legal advice follows the corpse to the grave”, so says an adage. This aptly captures the death of one tipper driver, Mr. Sylvester Ezema who was recently killed in Enugu State.

Sylvester was burnt to death for allegedly impregnating a widow and her daughter.

Sunday Ugwoke, son of the widow allegedly set the driver ablaze when his efforts to stop the man from having affairs with his sister and mother were not yielding any positive result.

The late driver was attached to Ferguson Nig. Limited and also a native of Akpa Edem, Nsukka Local Government Area, Enugu State. He shared a common fence with the said widowed, Mrs. Ugwoke.

It was reported that the late Sylvester was having an affair with both the widow and her daughter before he met his waterloo few days ago.

Sylvester was reportedly burnt to death by Sunday, the widow’s son who had warned him severally to stop sleeping with his mother inside his late father’s bedroom.

Sylvester turned deaf ears to Sunday’s several warnings, claiming that the widow was a family friend, hence he was not having any affair with her.

No longer able to tolerate his atrocities, Sunday, armed with powdered pepper and petrol laid ambush on the deceased , emptied the pepper and petrol on Sylvester and set him ablaze.

Efforts to reach the Enugu state Commissioner of police, Abubakar Adamu Mohammed to confirm this incident were futile as DailyPost’s several calls to him were not attended to.

However, sources said family of the deceased has vowed that Sunday would pay dearly for his action.
